Design of Ideological and Political Communication Path of Curriculum under the Background of Intelligent Information of New Media

In order to improve the effectiveness of safe, high-quality, and efficient communication mechanism ideological political courses in new media perspective, path perspective based on blockchain technology is designed. Mainly through organic combination online communication, offline-online dynamic feedback, offline structure, an information transmission leading feedback formed. this path, network platform uses method bad screening screen out information, obtain a relatively safe course cultural source, then spread information. Through optimization strategy PBFT consensus protocol C4.5 decision tree, trust environment for dissemination constructed. The load balancing channel allocation algorithm maximum flow curriculum adopted ensure fluency realize experimental results show that designed can security, high quality, sharing has good performance.
